Delete your CLOZT account

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open CLOZT and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account (below "Log out").
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Email akrava32@gmail.com from the address linked to your CLOZT account with the subject "Delete my CLOZT account". We verify the request against your sign-in email and complete deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone, city, avatar) and sign-in record
• Your wardrobe items, photos, outfits, posts, moodboards and lookbooks
• Your measurements, saved addresses and delivery locations
• Follows, likes, comments and other activity

What we keep: records of completed tailoring orders (order id, service, amount) are retained for up to 8 years where required by Indian tax and accounting law. These are no longer linked to a usable account profile.
